Creating encounters
We will understand the messages and issues you wish people to engage with, and create encounters which bring the subjects to life in a vivid and memorable fashion.
Creation and scripting
We regularly create scenarios, forum theatre activities and entire programmes ranging from short one-to-one encounters to three day offsite events. All can be scripted to fit your environment and reality including any required specifics such as competency frameworks. As well as training encounters we create bespoke assessment activities which test delegates' skills and aptitudes in an fictional work environment, for example “in-tray” exercises incorporating role play encounters.
Providing actors
We can provide actors who are fully briefed to your training requirements. We have a wide range of skilled people available to us including children and young people, as well as actors of retirement age.
Providing actor/facilitators
We can supply Facilitators/Trainers to work with actors. Our team are expert in getting the best from a role-play encounter, pausing and rewinding conversations to illuminate successful and less successful activities, providing considered feedback and encouraging the development of an authentic presence.
We also provide experts who are experienced in the dual role of actor/facilitator. As well as acting the role, Actor/facilitators provide considered and specific feedback to delegates regarding their encounter “in role”, in a style that will be listened to and considered. Actor/facilitators are able to manage small groups of delegates in breakout sessions.

Coaching
Working with actors can bring behavioural issues very alive for delegates. We are experienced in taking on further coaching work with individual clients who may wish to explore some of their more entrenched behaviours in more depth.
Conference activities
We design and create forum theatre events to bring a subject alive for a larger group of people. These are effective at galvanising a spectrum of opinion and experiences, for encouraging engagement with a topic and at delivering key messages.
Mystery shopping programmes
We design and create mystery shopping programmes that can be delivered in person or by telephone. Assessment and feedback is part of this process (both verbal and written reporting) and our emphasis is on development for those we encounter.
